The breakfast had a wide selection of fresh dishes. I found something I liked. The location was very central. It made exploring the area easy.
My room had a narrow strip window that looked at a wall. Hardly any natural light came in. The pool was inside, and you had to walk past it to get to the restaurant. It felt a bit strange.

The staff were very helpful . Ms Kim suggested some good places nearby. I really appreciated her suggestions. The hotel location is central for everything I wanted to do.

The customer service was lacking! Staff rarely acknowledged guests. Made me frustrated. Our room, a 'Beautiful Double Room', faced a wall. So the natural light was minimal. I also found the noise from the street unbearable and the air conditioning didn't work well. It definitely impacted my stay.

The hotel has a good location near the lake. I also walked to Train Street easily from here. The rooftop bar provides great views. I found a lot of choices for breakfast too.
The shower door did not close properly. This caused it to drain slowly. A shower longer than 3 minutes did overspill the lip and flood the room. I was offer an upgrade if I booked their tours, but I had arranged mine through an agent, nothing was done.
